S and L

These girls were SO much fun! They answered my casting call for Seniors and we had a blast and they were up for anything. I have WAY too many pictures and way too many favorites! :) So in the meantime enjoy a few of them. Thanks girls for all your help!! And a special thanks to Eric for coming along--I'll post some of his pics in a couple days!




ETA: It's not very often that I get the change to do the urban grunge processing that I love since most photos don't scream for it, but these did and they were sooo much fun to do this way. Enjoy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this family! Some of our greatest friends I was so happy that they asked me to shoot them and was bummed we didn't get a little more time. So from our mini session here's a peek at some of the outtakes (which I loved so much I had to post before putting some of the actual photos up**sheepish grin**)!

It's portfolio building time for me--gotta get some fresh photos into this folder of mine and am looking to do a couple free shoots in each category:

Requirements:
Class of 2009:
You must go to one of the surrounding area highschools whether it be Gilroy High School, Live Oak or Sobrato.

Expecting Mommies:
I'm looking for someone at least in their early to mid twenties and older. If you're about 6 months your shoot is still another couple months away but definitely contact me! If you're 8 months HURRY and call me! =)

Engaged couples:
No worries if you already have a wedding photog picked out, I'm just looking for a great couple.

If you know anyone who fits the bill or someone who knows someone let them know asap. I'm looking to fill these in by the beginning of March and I'm only going to be doing about 2 shoots per category. Thanks so much!

Calling All Pooches!!

Urban Rose Photography is expanding to do pets! Pet sessions are run much the same as a regular session only it's with Man's Best Friend. I'll run around, lay around and play around with your furry family member and get some great shots in the process. I'm really excited to be able to launch this! So here's the deal:

I'm still in portfolio building mode with the pet side of things and so I need a couple of furry, fun, interesting volunteers. I'll get pictures of them begging, laying around, sleeping, their paws and tails. After all, they're a member of your family too so why not capture their little quirks and moments. Your session is completely free. You'll receive a CD of 5-7 high resolution photos and a discount on prints if you decide to order them professionally. I'm only looking to do between 5 and 7 shoots so don't wait too long! Hopefully these will fill up fast!
